🎯 1. Purpose

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how PICK2WIN processes refunds, ensuring:

Including compliance with:

Refunds follow a strict wallet-based system — no hidden deductions and no refunds to external bank accounts.


👥 2. Eligibility

Refunds apply only to:

Users who completed full KYC
Transactions conducted inside the official PICK2WIN app/website

Refunds are not available for:

Unverified accounts
Suspended/closed accounts
Users flagged for AML or fraud
Past chargebacks or payment disputes


💰 3. Non-Refundable Transactions

Once processed, these cannot be refunded:

• Successful deposits
• Contest entry fees for contests that launch
• Activated subscription payments
• Bonus credits or promotional amounts

Important:
Deposits and subscription charges are wallet transactions and count toward your monthly affordability limit.


🕹️ 4. Contest Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the scenarios below:


4.1 Contest does not launch

If a contest fails to begin (e.g., insufficient participation):

→ Full entry fee refunded to Deposit Wallet within 48 hours.


4.2 Verified technical failure

If PICK2WIN confirms system failure affecting contest participation:

→ Full refund within 48 hours.

🔁 4.4 Duplicate deduction / payment system error

→ Full refund within 72 hours.


💼 4.5 Refund Destination

All refunds go to the user's Deposit Wallet only, never to bank cards or accounts.

This ensures AML safety and compliance.


⚠️ 5. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Deposits correctly credited
• Contest entries for contests already started or completed
• Poor team performance, poor ranking or scoring dissatisfaction
• Device/app issues on user's side

Internet or connectivity problems
• Bank/Payment-gateway delays
• Expired/free bonuses


Important — Dummy Teams & Line-Up Responsibility

Users may join contests early using dummy/manual placeholder teams.

If a user:

• Joins contests early
• Does not update teams after official line-ups
• Plays with non-playing or out-of-XI players

👉 This is 100% the user’s responsibility.
👉 No refunds will be issued.

Reason:
PICK2WIN provides full editing before lock; failing to update is not a platform error.


💼 6. Subscription Refund Rules

Subscriptions are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

• Must be reported within 7 days
• Evidence may be requested (screenshots, transaction ID)

All refund actions are logged for mandatory FCA & UKGC audits.

🚫 9. Account Violations & Fund Forfeiture

Refunds are not issued — and balances may be frozen — if the user:

• Performs chargebacks
• Attempts deposit–withdraw cycling
• Uses third-party/unverified payment methods
• Submits fake documents
• Violates AML requirements

If UK law requires forfeiture, PICK2WIN donates the amount to verified UK charities under CSR guidelines.
